Who We Are

Silicon Valley Robotics Center (SVRC) is a Palo Alto–based hub for researchers, startups, and enterprises building the next generation of intelligent robots. We focus on robot learning — imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and vision-language-action (VLA) models — and the infrastructure that makes it possible: real hardware, high-quality data, and a closed-loop platform that turns failures into training data.

What We Do

  • Hardware — Same-day pickup for OpenArm, Mobile ALOHA, humanoids, quadrupeds. We stock the platforms researchers need for data collection and deployment.
  • Data Services — Custom demonstration data for imitation learning and RL. Teleoperation, multimodal datasets, learning-ready formatting.
  • Fearless Data Platform — Upload failure logs, run benchmarks, A/B test policies. Close the loop: deploy → fail → improve.
  • Robot Leasing — Try before you buy. Short-term and long-term leases for research and pilots.
  • Community — Meetups, workshops, demos. Connect with builders and researchers in Palo Alto and beyond.

Why Palo Alto

We're located at 654 High St, Palo Alto, CA 94301 — near Stanford University, the Bay Area's robotics labs, and the companies driving physical AI. Same-day pickup means you can get hardware fast. Local support means we're here when you need data collection, repair, or integration help.

Our Focus: Data-Centric Robotics

We believe the bottleneck in robot learning is data — not just quantity, but quality, diversity, and the ability to learn from failure. Our approach centers on a closed loop: real robots, automatic evaluation, failure replay, and retraining. See Our Approach and Fearless Data Platform.
